This work envisaged the construction of a second “patrician” building located along the stream and parallel to its banks, connected to the future walkway between the village and the sports centre. A square creates a relationship between the two buildings and suggests the idea of a “patrician centre”.
The façades are in prefabricated concrete slabs, ideally suited to the modularity of the design, decorated with insets of local stone slabs. The building contains eleven low-rent flats and houses the “patrician” (landowners’ association) offices on the ground floor.
