2013 – 2014
Following the extension of the motorway network, the Federal Highways Office in Bellinzona required new offices and meeting rooms with separate access. These were obtained from the building’s basement where originally there were archives, storerooms and changing rooms. This area was renovated by creating a proper entrance with reception, cafeteria and five meeting rooms of different dimensions. The new portal on via Pellandini marks the new separate entrance and connects with the massive and chromatic character of the building.
